i spotted one of these in around town one day. i didnt really realize what it was at first. So ugly, yet so cool.

Anyone have specs on the car?

Don't knock the design too much, it came from the late 70's and lasted till mid 80's... OLD SKOOL! :) Very elegant design still, and you'll appreciate it if you come from that era.

Some bits off the top of my head: it's RWD, either with a 2000cc DOHC 4 cylinder (GTV) or 2.5L V6 (GTV6), similar to the one in the old Alfa Milano (or 75). The gearbox is rear-mounted, much like the Porsche 924/944/968.

Was it a light grey colored one? Guy who works for my company owns one, never got a chance to talk to him about it.

I saw a brand new Alfa 155 today with German plates on it.It was cream (?) coloured.It saw it on Country Hills Blvd just north of the airport..

brand new? they stopped making those 1997..:eek:

They go for about 2900USD for a normal used GTV6 and 1200 för as GTV 2.0 then the price go up if the car is nice looking..

those prices is in sweden though, dont know the price in the rest of the europe...

damn...so would it be possible to impost these to canada.....or other euro cars ....like any services like importconcern that import cars from europe...cause there are SOOOO many old school cars that i love made by lancia, alfa, audi, renault,peugot, fiat etc that were never sold in canada

You can buy most of the older Alfa's in North America, no need to import. I used to own a 76 Alfetta GT that looks nearly identical to the GTV6. IF you do a search on the used car websites you might come up with something. Also, try Ebay.
