No, GTA4 is a while off.

GTA: Vice City comes out this month.

It's sort of like an add-on to GTA3, but you don't need GTA3 to play GTA Vice City.

It's built on the same engine as GTA3, but it is not GTA4. :poosie:

gta vice city is out on tuesday..120 different vehivles as opposed to 50 in gta3, 9 hours of real eighties music as opposed to 3 hours of made up music, tons more weapons, all levels are unlocked and you can enter buildings..sweet
