My glands are getting a little swollen, happens to me every year about this time.... just wondering if there is anything I can do to keep the swelling down before it gets worse and am unable to swallow my own saliva.. anyone?

Certain fluids or anything I can take?

Is it because of allergies? My allergies have been acting up as well but I just take Claritan or Reactine :dunno:

Na, its non-allergetic related, just acts up every now and then, as for the salt-water, I'll give it a shot. Thanks guys, and girl.

does it hurt in the area by the bottom wisdom teeth? I used to get those, i just took some tylenol, drank lots of water and they went away.. I got them whenever i ate super spicy foods for a long period of time though :dunno:

Nooot quite there, I mean, the actual glands themselves are swollen.
