After 2 months of problems with Transport Canada and Customs. We finally got our mini bikes. We are one of 2 shops approved by Transport Canada to import these mini bikes from the States, in all of Canada. The biggest reason why we had trouble is because of the features of the bike like the signal lights, brake lights, speedometer.. etc. Most of your common pocket bikes don't have these, so it's much easier to bring in. Because ours had all these, Transport Canada thought they were for the street.

We only have 3 for sale right now (1 blue, 1 red and 1 yellow), but will be taking orders for them. It takes us only less than 2 weeks to get them, since we are cleared to import them. Here's are some pictures:

could they be registered as a scooter?, because of the lights?

also do you have any aftermarket support for them?

No, because legally, they have to be 50cc to be a motor vehicle. These are 49cc. Purposely made that way so you can not register it.

It does have all the lights, but does not have mirrors and meet the size regulation. I don't believe they are crash tested.

Why would you register it anyway? People would definately not see you riding one of those... you'd be asking to get hit.

Very cool though!

I think this pocket bike is not legal on street cause it 49cc but only 2 stroke. it can only hit 50 or 60 km. My friend just bought a Honda scooter its only 49cc but 4 stroke. it can go up to 80 or 100 km. 2 stroke engine come out lots of smoke cause it gas mix with oil and the scooter only run gas..

You might be right. I might have not heard that part about the strokes. Either way, it's not street legal.

Check it out, my buddy Tein got pulled over today on his pocket bike with his girl (who borrowed mine). The cops basically just laughed at them and ask where they could get one. Anyway, not all cops are going to be like this. We were just riding around in our neighborhood too, so nothing real serious. I have no more of these bikes in stock. We will bring in more. The new ones will have a voltage gauge and tach as well. We had a gang of of 4 mini bikes on our street in Taradale today. I'll put up the pics, it's pretty funny. We wanna start a crew, so some of you guys should pick one up.

I told him it was legal and shit and it wasnt deemed a motor vehic since its only 49ccs and then he juss drove away laughing. then later on i was rippin down the sidwalk on macLeod tr. a cop looked at me and pointed but did shit all.
