hav a buddy that bought a car,booked it to africa for his vacation,now, i gotan email from the chick he bought it from, toimport this, i need the title, but, shes said shes already reported it to the department of liscencing, and the title she sent my friend got lost, can she still get another one?? coz ill need that to import the car over, any help appreciate!!
