What's so special about the old m6's anyways? I've driven a few and wasn't really impressed. I had a 733i sedan of the same era, and the M6 just felt like a faster version of that. I think the 6 series at the time was based on the 7 too... it sure the hell looked the same.

Just curious what the fascination is, that's all hehe.

Your right Rage, they were supposedly built on the same chassis, but made a 2 door obviously, as for the fascination... well, just like any other BMW enthusiast, its another rare sought after bimmer. Nothing special to the majority of the population, but a BMW nut (including myself) would love to get my hands on one.

I just wish they woulda done away with the damn chrome bumpers.... bleh.

A mid 1980s BMW that was rare as hell, and came with just under 300hp and 2 doors is the fascination. 0-60 in under 6.5 seconds, and a top speed of over 260km/h. Great car IMO
