There are some iced cap syrop's you can buy that you mix with ice in the blender, they are not too bad.

I used to deliver supplies to Tim Hortons way back in the day. That stuff is like 80% fat! Hahaha! It actually tastes pretty good if you replace the cream with chocolate milk instead.

The starbucks/second cup equivalents are so much better... too bad they're so expensive.

Ice caps don't even taste like coffee, just like nice cold refreshing cream mmmmm

sorry, an iced capuccino is not 1800 calories.

Ice, Water, Expresso and Chocolatesauce/milk

The tim hortons iced caps (10oz) ones are like 150 calories, 1.5g of fat and 32g of carbs

a Big Mac (220g net weight) has 585 calories, 46 grams of carbs and 32g of fat.

Hell, even the ultra lethal uber rich Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino with everything on it including teh wipped creme and chocolate sause has 420 Calories, 16g of fat and 61g of carbs, and thats for the Grandé size (16oz)

Try backing up your hearsays with a little bit of fact before you preach

This is both correct and incorrect. I think the discrepancy comes in that when you don't specify the 2% milk ice cap, you get the cream ice cap (the only option prior to this year), which has 230calories, and a whopping 11g of fat in a 10 oz serving (smaller than a starbucks tall). The equivalent to a starbucks grande (16 oz) would have 368 calories, 17.6g fat mmmm mmm good.

And to offer the opposite viewpoint (without using the slightly skewed info for the uber rich mocha frappaccino with whipped cream), I will have a 190 calorie 2.5g fat starbucks frappaccino (tall - 12 oz.)

hey i didnt' make the outrageous claim of 3 big macs

still... nobody orders the 10oz ice cap... that would be the small junior kid size... order the large and you may as well be drinking your big mac

i never said you did, i was just pointing out the fact that ben only replied because of thta other comment, and even if his is incorrect its still alot more accurate than the 4 big macs comment... my comment wasn't really directed at you.. sorry if i offended you.

Is even the largest Icecap (with creme for that matter) remotely close to 3 big macks? nope, sure isn't, that was the discussion, end of duscussion, disputing this any further is unneccessary and dumb.

So how about those Iced Caps, I think I'll have one for lunch! Sure is nice having a dedicated Timmy Hoes right in the building.

Anyone know how they make them ??

I'm pretty sure they use some kind of powder/syrup to cause it to froth. The cup is usually half full before they mix it up and then magically it's completely full after mixing. It's 50% air!

They taste ALRIGHT, but IMO they are like not sweet enough and/or don't have enough flavor....its missing SOMETHING to make it a perfect drink.

If you buy one and let it sit in the car on the way home, you'll notice all the little bubbles. Reminds me of the pressurized slurpee machines in the past that shot out slurpee. Once you filled your cup and waited 30 seconds, it shrunk to 2/3 original size.
