saw a modded scion

today on 4th street and 16ave NW i saw a 04 scion (the boxy van one) modded. it had a roof spoiler, exahust, body kit, paint job, and it had HIS decal on the side doors...

dunno if it's the first scion in calgary??? :confused: just thought id share my thoughts...first time ive actually seen one lol :D

It's one from the States. Toyota has confirmed that it will not bring the Scion division to Canada, when asked why, they said that's what the Echo model line up is for.

Man, I think you should actually read the initial post so you can get an idea of what people are asking/posting, rather than just reading the topic head, and replying to that so you can raise your post count, as if it means anything to anyone.

I saw a tonne of the Xb's when I was working in California. MOst of them were modded :nut: The car actually looks pretty good. I think you can get a T(u)RD supercharger for it.:bigpimp:

The tC model is going to be released next week will have a 160HP 4 Cylinder DOHC engine, and one of the planned accessories for it is a supercharger that will put out over 200.

Toyota is making a mistake by not bringing the Scion here, I think.
Do they think that the person who finds the xB to be apealing will buy the Echo?
The Echo is not an appealling car; the Scion xB is.

I thought TRD made a turbo kit for the 1.5l engine. I hadn't heard of them making a supercharger kit too. The turbo kit was supposedly good for 200 fwhp under relatively low boost. I will see if i can scour up any info on it.

I thought it was a TRD Roots type blower.

hmm looks like the TRD one is for the Scion Tc and blitz makes a wheezer for the xb..
