Must be nice to be ScCab this weekend. Let's see what he acomplished this weekend...

1. Got the aftercooler and pulleys installed by Alpine Autowerks
2. A friendly run merging onto deerfoot had him pull away from the 400+hp Renntech SLK 32... and he was short shifting on a rich base tune!
3. Won the Ultimate Bimmer award at Bimmerfest
4. Dyno tuned the car and put down 369.8whp... that's 418whp on a dynojet, 484hp flywheel.
5. Made me declare him the true king... and me in search for more hp :(

Here are the dyno charts :

When I grow up, I wanna be as cool and as pimp as ScCab .

God Damn!!! Fantastic job! That car is stupid fast! Love it!

all of us feel like we've move up in the societal rank and into the upper echelon, when in the presence of this beast.

And just so all can see how pimp this car is:

Hahahaha, crap, from covering up the dyno, and driving home, and you have it up already? lol

Yep, AWESOME power. All I can say is MORE BOOST! lets start a paypal fund so that "SCCAB" can change his license plate from "supercharged cabbie" to "pimp"

No, the dyno computer is never plugged in, so the clock is always wrong....

Still havent had a chance to ride in that car...wanted to about 3 years ago when it was half the HP...now the thing is a black monster and hopefully i'll be lucky enough to get ride in it. Patience is a virtue. Congrats on the power!

The secret? Don't buy bolt on kits. Don't trust other people's chips that are designed for the masses, and not your motor and your configuration. If you want every hp you can get out of a setup, get a standalone and tune it right.

Really, that's the secret. It's just an m3 motor, schrick cams, aftercooler, supercharger. Simple stuff. No fancy big bore kits, no fancy stroker kits, stock bottom end with a stronger head gasket than stock.

Ha, I was under the assumption that it was a 328 motor with a bolt on kit and the "Rage touch". Now things are making sense, but still, that's a lot of power for 8psi. What kind of standalone?

Muchos Props to my Dai Lo.

Best quote from the weekend was, "....the RennTech ECU costs what?!?!?!? $5 grand US?"

It runs TEC3. Cool that it's plug and play on the e36 bimmers, but it's pretty crappy for anyone trying to tune the damn thing. The guys at Electromotive needs to take a course in GUI design haha, it's like using windows 3.1 all over again.

It does the job though as you can see hehe.

I believe it started out as a 328 with a SC but apparently that was NOT ENOUGH POWER:thumbsup: So here we are with a Supercharged M3:eek: :bigpimp:
