with blue mirror (gradient) tinting.

Anyways on my way to the university today via memorial I pull up beside a Blue Rio RX-V at the lights by Kensington and Memorial. The Rio has this blue mirror tinting and a girl is driving it right at the Kensington lights. The car looks pretty decent....given that is a KIA.

So I'm just looking around enjoying the scenery waiting for the light to turn green and when I look over at the RIO again there the driver is with this white sign (big enough to almost cover her driver side window) that has the words "Fuck You" written in bold black letters.

Now I didn't do anything to provoke this, and I really don't know if it was intended for me either because I noticed that she kept it up even when we were driving down memorial.

Perhaps she's just bitter she's driving a KIA?

Yeah, she was probably just jealous that you were driving anything but a Kia. Oh well. You should have had a sign that said, 'you wish' :D
