WTB: Subs and Amp.

Well, Blew my Rockfords tonight! FUCK! I liked those subs.

Anyways, Looking for some new subs, 10's preferrably but realisticly, I dont care. A good amp to run them too. Something around the Rockford HE2's or Alpine Type S, as I dont want to spend HUGE coin, but all good deals will be considered.

No box is required, but if they come with one, I'll consider that too...

I hate being without Bass...please let me know what you all have to sell. Thanks!

Depending On what kind of car I buy(real soon), I might be selling my Pheonix Gold subs. 2 10's in boxes(thier own individual boxes). I am looking at an MR2 and the boxes simply wont be of any use to me. Pm with an offer. And for more details. I just recently bought them, and havnt even used them yet. they still have 1 year warranty left(still need to get the papers though off a guy a work with)So there not Hot or anything.:)

i believe you can, i have a 4 channel in my car right now running 3 sets of speakers and a type S subwoofer. u have to wire it a diff way like bridge it or sometrhing, im not sure my friend wired it for me and it works great

You could bridge the subs using two channels, and then you have another two channels to wire your speakers. Should work perfectly.

In truth I do not need an Amp, as I have the Rockford amp from my currend set up, but we'll see...some subs should go with some amps...if the deal is good enough...

JL subs are good - there aren't too many fans of JL Audio, but they consistently rank as one of the best sub manufacturers around. When I think of good stuff, it always comes to mind - I've also owned a pair of JL 10W0's before, and they sounded awesome until I sold them to someone else. And they still should sound awesome. The only thing is that you have to be careful how much power you run to them. I was always running little amounts of power >300watts, and they sounded fine. My friend ran 1000watts to them and blew them within a few months. Just make sure you get some warranty - but they are great subs.

Go for the 10W7 if you have the cash :)...thats an incredible sub - the guy at A&B wired all the Alpine Type R subs in stock that were available against 1 10W7 and the Type R's sounded like shit.

I'm selling my 15" Rockford Fosgate XLC sub in a sealed and carpeted RF box. The sub is in great condition.

My car was broken into over a year ago and my amp and deck were stolen, so I was left with the sub and the sub was only used for about 6 months before my car was broken into.
