Here's the scenario:
A guy is driving this van. It isn't his van rather it is his friend's. So the guy is driving around and got a little bump from behind from another car. The damage is a small scratch on his behalf and a few more scratches and a small dent on the other driver's vehicle. The guy driving the van argues that there might be "internal engine problem" caused by being tapped lightly from behind. The vehicle is insured under his friend's name and not his.
Question is, would he run into further complications if he were to tell the insurance company as he was driving a vehicle not insured under his name?
