Kind of a dumb question...
Are all rim sizes measured from the inside of the rim?

That's probably a good question because I bet most people don't know that. I'm not really sure but my bet is that it is in fact measured from the inside.

Yea my rims are 17" and I measured them last night and figured I needed a 19" box to tightly fit them in. I didn't think about it until today..i was sitting here thinking..WTF?
