Retainer spring

I have a noise sqeak that comes from my retainer spring i just dont know what werre the hell it is on my god damn car plz help it would be very usefull to be exact!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when you take off your drum brake the retainer springs are on the outer side of the brake shoe ( there is two of them ) push them in with a screw driver and twist and they should pop out.........just lub them up and you should be squeak free :thumbsup:

Springs and retainers are in the valvetrain, doofus!

if its drum brakes, there is a retainer spring holding the shoes in place.
