leather
power windows
power locks
less then 75,000 km
colour not important

Models I am considering:
2001-02 VW beetle
2001-02 VW jetta gls 2.0 or 1.8 T
1999-00 VW jetta vr6 (made in germany)
1999 - 02 VW passat (made in germany)
1999-00 Audi Quattro 1.8T

Would also consider 2002 mazda protege5 given the price is right or a 2001+ Acura 1.7 EL premium.
