I have a new fading neon underbody kit (blue) for sale. I work at an auto parts store and it was returned the day after it was bought on warranty. One of the tubes was broken. We kept the kit for store use (hooked it up on the battery display), and it works great (although it ended up draining one of the batteries on the display... helps to have it hooked up to a car where it can draw the power from the alternator). Comes with two 36" tubes, one 48" tube, transformers, wires, control box, mounting hardware and instructions. It's only use has been in the store, never installed on a car.
4 different settings: Solid on, fading, fading to engine rev, fading to music.
