Well guys, i was driving down 24th st SW with my buddy around
6:30 to play pool, and i look behind me only to see a strange
looking bimmer behind me ( one i have never seen before ).

i change lanes and slow down, and sure enough, a black BMW
645 Ci rolls right by me. *drool*

i manage to grab my friends cell and snap a half decent pic of the
back before he turned into pump hill. i'll post that asap.

any one else seen 6 series' around calgary??

At race city a few weeks ago a guy was drag-racing one. Didnt seem too quick for a bimmer, either that or he just couldnt drive it very well.

This 6 series I saw downtown last week, taken with a phone so quality is bad. Couldn't believe the cabrio has a MSRP of $108,500. Ouch!!!!

Everything about this car is HOT except for the butt. Hopefully someone with come up with an aftermarket trunk lid that's easier on the eyes.

BTW, this car is a common sight in Calgary. I've seen a different one already weekly for 2 months now, cabrio and coupe.

IMO, this 6 series looks kind of ugly... the open top one is even worse. For less money, why not get an M3 with the same HP? Or get the new 545i... I think the new 5 looks better than the 6. :dunno:

I've seen a few of these. I actually don't like them because they are too damn big. That and they're like $100,000 for the normal one and another $8,500 to cut the top off. :eek:

Acura doesn't make a convertible, unless you count the targa roof from a NSX, but no way you are mistaking a Lexus SC430 for a NSX unless you are blind :) Dunno what the other guy was talking about, probably misread the badging.
