the first two are a fucking joke, they will do nothing.

you would have to be a moron to buy them,

the second last one is a programed Eprom, it changes the fuel and ignition maps of the ecu, usually to net more power, its for a 4th gen civic with a(obd0) B16 so it will only work in a PR3 (if you have an 88-91 with a normal Si engine, this will not work) it is a very bad chip, its not mugen, and the idea of having no rev limiter is pointless, stupid and dangerous.

if you do have a PR3 ecu, you must de-solder your stock Eprom and solder in this one. its not really a job for a beginer.

the last one is wrong also, a P30/p28, or whatever the hell he listed does not work on a d16, and vice versa,

if you have a a 90-91 CRx or civic Si, I can make a chip for you, for a fee ofcourse to your specs. don't buy that shit from ebay.

the only chip-able Ecus are the 90-91 PM6, your car, has a PM6 but unfortunately its fairly hard to chip because its an 89.

to chip a 90-91 pm6, you simply de-solder the stock eprom(chip) solder in a ZIF(zero insertation force) socket, and then pop in a chip.

the software to make chips is free, and a burner to make a chip is around 85 bucks US

If you wana make pow, you should turbo your civic, its the cheapest route.

If you are not into that, and all you want is a chip, get yourself a 90-91 PM6 ecu, and I can either chip it for you, with a good chip(all those chips i've seen set the rev limit to well above a safe level) or you can buy a chip burner and do it yourself

Pm me if you are interested. I'm just trying to help you out.

If i were you, i would not waste my time on a chip for a stock all motor application. You would be lucky to more than 2-3 hp at the wheels tops for the money and effort.
If you really want to make some power from that engine either biuld the motor with internal parts and/or use forced induction. Also, for money being spent, consider the option of an engine swap for garranteed power depending on engine.

If you do go turbo, you can download some great info for free for the uberdata setup free of charge.
