The track was kinda wet tonight. A Corolla became a swamp buggy and a year old RSX tried to turn itself into a submarine ! :eek:
The Corolla was okay except for some water sloshing around the floor. The RSX, however, sustained some front end damage :(
The were quite a few spins too. The Focus survived okay.
I guess I wasn't driving fast enough..:D

I have some pics , but I forgot to bring the USB cable to work..

Just wanted to say thanks to all of the dozen people that helped push me out of the sick cold swamp. I heard that there is video of the event. I would like to purchase a copy, if at all possible, to see the spectacle. It's only a mistake if you don't learn from it right? That's what my mom said.

I have it on video. It's not that great .I was not very close ,but you can see the big splash ! No need to buy it . I have it on my computer . I'll try sending it to you..

I love wet roads, I wish we could have a wet auto-x but they always cancel them...

Corvette club and ASA dont seem to like wet auto-x

Edmonton RX-7 club (one im in) hasnt had the chance for a wet one yet...

I can't speak for the Corvette Club, but you obviously weren't at the ASA May 29 event. Rained all *%$*!^#@* day! I've never heard of an ASA event being cancelled due to rain in the past 4 summers. We don't like to run when its colder than 10C, but that's about it.

Did the Corvette Club cancel their July 11 event?
