ATM machines down across Canada ??

I just went to my bank , and 2 other ATM machines and they were all down. An employee at TD said they are down across Canada,but I can't find any news on it. The employee said they went down when the banks opened...

Wierd, I just took $40 out of my TD account through a TD ATM like 20 mins ago.
