rear lights are horrible, other then that a clean alero, when u drop it it will look alot better, can i ask what made u want an alero?

Well first thing was i'm 6'7 so I had to get something I could fit in.

Next was it had to be pretty close to 20K

And then I had to be able to afford insurance on it. I checked alot of cars just for kicks, and one example is that a 2002 tiburon would have been $6000/yr for insurance when I first got the car, with a clean record. The alero was $3300 and has dropped by almost $2000 since then.

Next was I'm actually a pretty big fan of the ecotec engine after seeing what they've done with them in lotus/opels/vauxhalls/saabs. Lots of potential for some forced induction which I still need more $ for.

Last is I actually don't mind the way they look.. fairly clean/simple lines.

As for the tails, I think the stock tails on aleros are the ugliest part of the car, they are sooo huge. I thought something with more black would help them blend into the car a little more, but I guess you guys don't think so.. hehe.

i say smoke the OEM tails.....and drop it 3 inches and it will look pretty decent

drop it, take the dohc sticker off, and take off those tails, which are the ungliest I have ever seen on any car, off, and its a nice car :)

I like that you cleared the headlights, like the guages and wheels (need to lower fo sho!)

Get a nice, simple, relatively quiet exhaust and lose the front olds badge and it'll look quite hot!

Anyways your ride is looking good. If you like what it looks like then &^%$^&$& everyone else. The HID's work awesome i bet. I installed them onto my MINI Truck and it was an incredible noticable difference. Keep up the Mods!!! :thumbsup:

Yes, yes it is. It was only $20 and its just sitting there until my stock shift boot is finally thrashed and I've already got my eye on a momo that is the same shape but with black leather and a bit of metal coming up the front.. matches the ebrake quite well.:thumbsup:

unfortunately the olds badge is sitting in an indent in the front bumper of the same shape, so im not sure how bad that would look... it might just look like someone stole the front emblem.
