is it street legal? noticed you have a plate on it.

Its off road only, the plate is for use in designated riding areas (public) such as McLean Creek.

There is no way to tell, but the bike is not for the beginner, it has plenty of power and will lift the front tire effortlessly from 1st through 4th. Please note that it is an MX bike and no odometer is provided, note the lack of kick stand as well.
