Need some professional trouble shooting here .

Ok

So heres the situation. My friend hasa 7 year old Rockford Fosgate amp
the amp is 2 ohms and 37.5 rms per channel I think 4 or 6 channels
(the old shit amp is the problem imho)

and he is trying to run 2 12 inch subs
the subs are brand new 12 inch Pyle Drivers
1000 watts and 4 ohms.
350-375 rms.

There is a fuse between the amp and each sub and there is a fuse between the amp and the battery.

The fuse between the amp and the battery keeps blowing, like almost constantly. I think the amp is too underpowered but what do you all think?

If the fuse is blowing check your power wire. if it has a tear in it anywhere so it could potentially touch metal, you will blow your fuse right away. Either that or there is a short in your amp somewhere and you're hooped. check the power wire first though.

start from the wires, sometimes it's loose, or the sub have something wrong, i barely hear the amp have problem unless it've been shock or water damage........
