As a second year driver, which company could give me a better offer

This moring I got quotation of $2029/year(half million,third party) from ING,it is expensive for me.
Anybody could tell me which campony could give me a better offer?

Ben is right..thats cheap for 3rd party insurance
I pay like around $2400/year with Meloche Monnex and they're supposedly one of the cheapest companies. And that includes me being a primary driver under my dad's policy so i have also gotten some extra discounts.

Most of my friends pay around $3500-$4000/year for just 3rd party and they've had clean records too and are also 2nd/3rd year drivers

You're pretty lucky to be paying that amount..consider urself lucky;)
