I had a great time out at the event, I thought it was a great show because it actually involved more than staring at cars. Gave you a chance to see the cars which are always parked at the shows actually in action. Here's a few pics, I was on video detail all night.

hehe...yea I went into the 2nd last turn too fast and spun onto the grass. That was my recovery wave to the auto-x guys :D

Man, awsome pics... the guy in the miata was NUTS though! I think it was his way of taking out years of road rage out on the track. Almost hit the wall at one point!

Other than that, he managed to pull some nice drifts.

Thank you,for anyone who's interested in the results for autocross 1st was the black 350z (pic #3) 2nd was myself (turbo miata Pic #4) and 3rd was the black EK hatch (Pic #1) And the fastest female driver was girlracer (SLK Pic #2) Who also should get an award for the best recovery from and "UH-OH":thumbsup:

Sorry about the grain on a lot of the pics. They did all the fun stuff late in the evning and light was a hot commodity. The lens I had was terrible in low light, so I had to use 800 and 1600ISO to catch the fun.

The Black CIvic WAS MINE! Im runin H&R Race springs & Falken tires, rims, intake & Exhaust along with a few bars on my stock D16. my car was prob. the slowest there and i ended up third officially and ran a unofficial time that would have put me in second. ITs all about the driver !!!!!!!! Im lookin for more events if anyone knows of any holla back !

CSCC runs Solo2 championships as well. Mostly in red deer this year though.

Damn dude Sorry to hear, We met at the SCC I was in the White 300TT. The car was tight and you obviously you spent some long hours and some serious $$ on the build up. I would like to say cars come and go but I know all to well that when you put you blood and sweat into a project like that its not just a car anymore.
