Dale Jr. injured in fiery crash

just saw it on speed channel. dale earnhardt jr. was driving the factory corvette in a practice session at infenion raceway. he lost control of the car and spun, backing into a wall fairly hard. the fuel filler on the fuel cell was ruptured from the impact and the car burst into flames, englufing the dazed earnhardt. they showed video of the crash on speed channel and im sure pictures will pop up soon. he was lucky to escape with minor burns and a knee injury.

Thank god he was alright... the last thing we need is for him to be following his dad's footsteps a little TOO closely!

It's a real shame too, because he and Boris Said had a really good chance of finishing very well at that race.
