I'm just curious how many trick-or-treaters everyone had in their neighborhood this year?
As I live in an old neighborhood all the children have grown up and I got a total of 7!
I have an entire box of 19 full-size chocolate bars left?! What am I gonna do with them...I can't eat that much chocolate.

wow you give out full size chocolate bar!! damn i should've went to your house for chocolate... they say us the convinence of going trick or treat here at Rez.. they just spray candies all over the hall way and you go pick it up yourself...

My parents said they had about 85-ish. But no more full size chocolate bars left :( They saved me 1 :(
We normally get around 105-125, I think we had about half that...what gives?

about 80.
we usually get just over 100.
this year i had to watch out for my car and pumkin with a vw symbol carved into it. these damn rowdy 12-13 year olds came to my house 3 times, and the last time one of them walked over to me and my sisters car and it kind of got me paranoyed. that and they were swearing all up and down the street at the top of their lungs.

Yeah, kids don't care about the how cold it is. I took my friends 3 year old daughter out and she kept wanting to go to more houses. I had to tell her countless times to slow down on the ice. We ended up going back with 3 full bags of candy. Needless to say, her mom wasn't too impressed! :angel:

Well i'm in the last phase of hamptons the area is now a lot more developed than last year but got a count of maybe 30 kids......i have a friend in hawkwood who said she had only 1

Haha my potato cannon has a scope on it..... Perfect for lining up little punks.
No not a real scope, just a fake pvc pipe on it, you set the thing up on your shoulder like a bazooka........ My dad made it. pretty cool thing.... I've found ether is a lil too explosive and you cannot get a true good mixture, hairspray does the trick well.

We only got like 15-20 kids, which is Wierd Cause there are TONS of little kids on my block, i usually peg off a couple each day in my car!:angel: .........they just dont want to move!:rolleyes:

I remember when I was still young enough to go, there was always TONS of kids and this holiday was one of the biggest ones to every kid in school. I had more kids come to my house in Saskatoon during -40 weather then we had last night.
Kinda sucks, cause I've always had good memories of Halloween.

none. I think they all went to Market Mall, I'm in Varsity.
This has to be the coldest Halloween in the last few years.
But doesn't compare to when we were kids. I remember when we had to trudge through a couple feet of snow and wear snow suits over our costume.

We had about 50 kids. We were running out of candy so eventually we turned out the light so I could keep some! :D

Sad to see so little kids out. When we were little we would go out no matter what.
I'm willing to bet most kids just sat at home, played video games, and demanded their parents buy candy.

did you hear about the guy who got stabbed in Arbour Lake?
apparently some yo was going "trick-or-treating"....the guy opened the door and the yo stabbed him! he's now in the hospital. there are some sick people in the world...i don't blame parents that don't go door to door with their children....if i had kids i would take them to the mall.

That's horrible.
All I did when I opened the door was make them dance or sing or something embarassing. :D
We had about 30-40 kids this year, not a lot usually have more. My neighbourhood is full of kids I think every single house there's a child or something hah.

only 15 at our house, 2 less than last year. with all the hype and hatchet weilding psychos, I don't blame folks for not taking the kids to the houses anymore. the malls are where it's at as far as safety now.
I saw them all at Chinook!!! Those kids and parents are getting smart! Who needs to go from house to house in the cold when you can shop and treat at the same time! Even I got a bag of M&Ms from the sweet lady at Jacobs!!! :thumbsup: I guess with my puffy jacket on, I could have been disguised as the michelin tire or the pillsbury dough boy! :rofl:

we only got 20 or so kiddies this year... our block has a lot of youngions too....
good days back when i was like 10 or 11 and I lived in Fort McMurray... one year it was like -35 out and snowing we couldn't even wear our costumes we just had to put on as much clothing as possible and say we were eskimo's

Halloween Is the best time of the year.
Every year we go through a s**t load of trouble decorating our house. (I even was on the Breakfast show a few years ago). We used to live in Midnapore and we would almost break 200+ kids some years. We moved outside the city and put up all our decorations to sit and wait for 2 kids to come. I went from 200 kids to 2. What a dissapointment. Plus, the kids that came were to young to even know whats going on. Next year the decorations are going on a friends place. :)

Funny thing though, I was at someone's house last night (Lives a few blocks from me, near SuperStore) and all night, they got 2 kids total!
