everyone's tires are 'unsafe' espesially when the company isen't making money.. WHat shop is it? I've had a good experience with econo tire, and big O, good priced, lots of tread. Something like $30 each for 50%-ish tires..

You can go to 195's, but do all 4 If you have the choice. The only difference is they'll be a bit skinnier. Also check if it'll fit your rim good. if you don't feel good about the sale, shop around, those perfect tires are a phone call away.

they cant force you to not drive your car. put up a fuss. tell them you have tires waiting at another place or something and finally threaten to phone the police cause they cant legally hold your car. take you car back and shop around for tires if you need them.

P195/40R16 tires are shorter, i.e. have a smaller rolling diameter.

yup and that means you speedometer will be off and you will put more kms on your car than you have acutally travelled. If you are going to change sizes, I would suggest you do all 4 tires.

if you're driving the integra that is says you are in your sig info, then your tire size is wrong to begin with, so your speedo was never acurate anyways. proper sized tires for a set of 16's on an integra of that year is 205/45/16... so if you're rolling on 205/40/16's right now, your overall tire diameter is already too small... the speedo will be even more off if you go with the 195...

YOUR integra (key word being "your") belongs to YOU and not them. they cant "force" u to do shit. so go pick up your car man. theyre playin you.
