Court date

hey all..im going to go setup a court date on monday for those tickets i got..anyone know how long it will be till my date? is it always a certain length of time u have to wait or could it be anytime?

It depends, but it's usually months on end. Sometimes up to 4 months and even more.

ok one thing...i will be fighting a speeding ticket..but i also have a no signaling ticket..anyone think i can fight this in anyway?

i gotta go there on Monday to pay a $245.00 ticket then on the 8th a have a court appearence for a 6 point violation :D .....:banghead: ....:rofl:

I got a ticket on September 28th of 2002, and my court date is in July of 2003.

Holy shit, they're just taking longer and longer, aren't they? I haven't gotten a ticket in almost 2 years and even then, the court dates were usually about 6 months from the time I went to the court house to set the date.

Can you make your own court date? Next time I'm gonna ask for it on christmas. See if that cop shows up then! haha jk

If the cop can't show up and he knows it ahead of time, they'll make you reschedule (probably over another 6 months time).
