Moving to calgary

Hey im moving to calgary in 2-3 weeks. Im jusy wondering how the cops are about modded cars? Also what are some good performance shops?

Umm same as in Edmonton, dood. It's not like you're moving here from Waco, Texas.

Tunerworks is the best for import and Euro. They could do up your Escort too...

Maybe Western Motorsports for Ford would do ya best though...depends what kinda mods you need...

I heard Edmonton cops were much worse than Calgary with Imports. Can someone verify? Just heard stories about people getting ticket infractions for every possible mod. I know this happens in Calgary as well but it's more prevalent in the City of Ricers:D

Here in edmonton they are picky. Ive bin pulled over for normal driving not reving my car where there were no houses for my muffler. Then they pick apart everything, clear corners, steering wheel (horns not hooded up), harnesses, seats, dvd etc.
The things i need done to my car is my j-spec bpt gtx installed and intercooler piping done.

anyway, i dont think cops here are too bad. ive never had any troubles with the cops here and i think there are less speed traps here too.

the only problem ive had is with the u of a campus 50, who arent real cops.
