Hmm I remember seeing this on the Urban Legends show, and how there was never a single incident reported where someone was shot at or harrassed because of fkashing someone with burned out lights. :bullshit:

yo that is such BS i have heard of that legend a thousand times but it is complete BULL. No gang calls a hit for just an initiation espcially on somebody that dont even know.
