i liked doing there tests, they make you think different than what your used to :)

the tests are pretty easy..... not much to worry about....... Just use common sense and you'll be good....

Anyone work in inbound/outbound Sales/service on this forum? I used to do that, moved onto a different dept. now (Business Voice/Data Analysis and Repair in the Operations and Technology Group).

Started back in '02

good luck with that, that job takes its toll on you fast, make your money and get out if you can, i did it for a bit before transferring to Telus Mobility

The first 6-12 months you rake it in, and then after that, you're eaither an unethical asshole, or hating every minute if it hahaha
