I don't know how many of you guys have ever been to mastertune, but I needed some A/C work done, and took my car up there. I just picked a name out of the phone book (bad idea I know).
They squeezed me in between a couple other cars almost right away, and re-filled my A/C system.
After that, a hose failed, and the refrigerant leaked out. I returned to them, and they tracked the leak down for me (free of charge).
I had the hose fixed, and brought it back, and they filled it right away, for free.
After I got talking to Rick there, I had nothing but great service as well. He did everything exactly as I asked, and let me watch.
Although, I did experience some rudeness from another employee there.
Anyways, I thought I would just take a minute to let everybody know that Rick at Mastertune is a great guy, and does great work (at least on A/C, that's all I can speak for).
