I would say #2. #4 looks good but the white background probably wouldnt stand out as much.

#3 is the nicest - clean font, and the dark background is nicer than the white one.

Is 'psylence' supposed to have a meaning? Or just be one of those 'cool spelt words'?

#3 the black background makes the NICE logo stand out very well. Especially with the glow coming off the font.

#4 white background looks more cheerful and brighter (like beyond vs. abc@rs) but the logo is more subdued. Maybe better for stationary (white paper) or T-shirts. The logo doesn't jump out at you as much as #3.

#1, #2 =ugly logo, the pebbled look on the font is very inrritating to look at. It has a 'Price is Right' type of sparkliness which isn't good looking. Logo doesn't jump out at all, looks somewhat murky.
