I must get rid of the lease on my 2003 RSX Premium - 5spd/Silver

I am offering buyer $1000 Cash to take over
The payments are only $377 + tx for 36 months

This is a steal, but I got a company car and it is just sitting. Will go quick. Anyone interested send me an email at [email protected]

You are taking over the payments.

What is the balloon payment at the end of the payments?

I am losing on this one, but I do not want to continue making payments on a second car. I would rather take a hit and avoid making future payments. The lease rate is 3.8%, with the buyout at $12,050 at the end.

13,572 + 12, 050
= $25622 <--- this is how much u are paying for the car.....

Your calculations are correct, but they are including interest which you would pay on any loan. If you were to pay out the car today, my buyout would be much less (About $1800 interest) and I am also throwing in an additional grand. So the real total would be closer to $22,000 if you paid cash.
