engine troubles, NEED HELP!!

ok heres the situation

my car (89 crx) started smoking white smoke badly the other day. i checked the oil and there was way to much so i changed it today. well, the smoke is still comin outta my exhaust but not as much as before. if i step on the gas, more white smoke comes out. whats wrong with the engine? and will it be costly to fix? cause i was planning on swapping but alittle later on this year

and where can i get a zc vtec engine from and who can install it in edmonton
