Mazda B2000 motor

I'm looking for a motor for a friends 1986 Mazda B2000.
I was wondering if anyone out there has any good connections on a motor for this truck.
It's a 2600cc, 4 cylinder motor.

If anyone can give me some prices on a used complete motor.

It would be appreciated if anyone can give me any info on this.

Did you try the junkyards yet? I'm sure they'll have some sitting around, although I don't know if it's been stripped down or not.

a 5L drops in with an install kit...or I know someone in town that slapped in a ford turbo coupe motor in his b2000 lowrider!

well on your journeys of huting, try and find me a bel housing off a 87-88 b2600... and ill look for you.. i just got back from pick your part.. saw two mazda pu there... not sure what size motor though

Do you mean a axle housing?, or what is another name for that part, my parts guy doesn't show invetory for a bel housing
