I got this as a gift and I don't like the way it fits and the style. I went to the store and it retails for $325. I have no use for it so I will sell them for only $100 firm

It's the worn out part of the jeans it's like a scraping and stuff. It is part of the wash style.

They fit a little tight on the legs and it's a boot cut jean. they are also low rise. These are not baggy at all.

I work at a store that sells them.
The zathans are considered one of the nicest fits of Diesels.
They have a very low rise, tight in the thigh and mid leg, with a slight flare. Meant to be worn with a belt.
Could you also take a close up of the bleach spot? Judging by the looks, i don't think canada gets them. My store has every wash of Zathan you can get it canada, including the new FW04/05 washes and i don't think i've seen that one before.
Take a picture of the Diesel tags on the inside, where the right pocket is. There's a diesel autenticity tag, and under that, is the tag that contains the Material, Style, Date of Manufacture, Wash Number, and a few other details.
