well as it says im buying a pool table but ive got a few questions

it needs to be moved from one house to another

has anyone had any experience doing this themselves or have you hired movers?

if you did hire movers how long did it take them and how much did the charge?

it doesnt look to easy doing this so any help or advice would be much appreciated.

I recently bought one in the same sort of situation. There is a guy who specializes in moving pool tables, believe he charges a decent rate. It took him roughly 4-5 hours to completely take it down at one house, transport it to the other and then set it up. He takes his time leveling the table and setting it up properly to avoid any unwanted slants etc... if you pm me i'll shoot ya his name and number, I don't have it on me right now as I am at work. Have fun with the pool table they are a great thing to have around.

Just to move a pool table? B/c I know movers go for about 40 bucks an hour.

I would NOT do it myself. So much weight, plus I wouldn't wanna damage any of the wood, especially the slab.
I'd hire someone.
