FS: 97 Safari & 83 Chev P/U - $5250 for both

Well, my old neighbours called me up and asked if i knew anyone that want any one or both of their vehicles,... I said I'd post on the net for them.

They just bought a house,.. getting a vehicle given to them,... so they don't need these 2.
he wants something better on fuel,... she can't drive the van (serious back probs), too high for her.

but from what I remember:

97 GMC Safari, fully loaded
170 xxxkms,.. mostly highway (to golden and back)
body in excellent shape,.. blue
a/c recently replaced
needs a turn signal relay
everything else works

$3500 obo

83 Chev 1/2 ton p/u
fire engine red
2 sets of tires
excellent shape for the year

$2000 obo

they said they'll get rid of both together for $5250 obo

Not my place to say,... but I know:

he - does ride bikes and
she - basically can't drive,.. if at all,... not very much anymore

so safe to say,.. they wouldn't take the trade,... LOL

Jeez,.. trying to remember,.. last I saw it was a couple months ago,....

I believe it's a 350,.. rebuilt but not sure how long ago,...
dual exhaust i think
tranny has a small drip
not sure about the mileage
I think the glass was good
and no rust,.. as i recall
lots of parts were replaced by previous owner,.... I remember him bragging about that,... LOL
