DO i HAVE TO PAY THIS SPEEDING TICKET??

Hi guys I remeber someone told me if the cop write a ticket but if it is not fully correct you dont have too pay for it..Is that true? If you look at the ticket there is no date that I have too pay it just say 04??......Thanks guys

haha, I guess you don't ever have to go to court, cause you don't know what day to go...

I bet they will just throw it out.

you can go and talk to the CP and they will take off the demerits. just tell them that you were speeding and you will pay the fine but you don't want to have any demerits on your licence becuase you'll lose your job or something like that

I'd say you're probably safe. Photocopy it and mail it in pleading not guilty. You'll probably get a letter in the mail saying the ticket has been quashed. He hasn't filed out a court date, he hasn't filled out a lot of info on that ticket by the looks of it. Doesn't look like he even bothered to sign it...

Take the tickect to see CP, you can probaby flight this ticket for yourself ..

or .. for safe, see Points, but there will be like a min $250 fee ..

I got a ticket for doing a U-turn once and the cop forgot to check one of the boxes. I went down with the intention to plead "guilty with explaination" and the lady told me the ticket is Void because it's not filled out properly.

I would assume you just got off the hook with this one, but check anyways.

You are off the hook, but the cop has six months to re issue the ticket if he wants. So if you where a dick to him expect another in the mail if you go to court with that reason. My dad could get the ticket quashed and he is way less than points give him a call at A1 traffic ticket defence Ron 669-5111

yea... could some one om me this info... I got a speeding ticket in redeer... cop put down as me being an adult... Im only 17, not an adult... any way charges can be dropped?

go see the Crown I just got off a ticket just like that.
2 things wrong there
1 . no court date
2. he has you doing 95 in a 60 but it is estimated.
My ticket was the same and the Crown guy just threw it out and wrote best guess? on the back of the ticket and told me to have a nice day.
