Does anyone what shops locally carry these gauges?

None, you have to special order them.

defi gauges kick ass..they cost large of course

Running a group buy on them at www.i-club.com under the vendor group buy section. Go check it out.

They come in both metric and imperial vesion. Most Japanese meters are in metric, but Defi offers the Link Series in imperial. As well as the US version called D-Gauge.

Expect to pay big bucks though, because they are expensive to begin with. You also have to buy their Control Unit to operate their meters.

my friend went to Vancouver to pick up his Defi gauges ...place called AJ Racing i think was the place.
