lol but then id have to find one headlight and i dont think many ppl sell them in singles ive only found the corner lights in singles

I used Japan post to airmail back a bunch of stuff when I was in Japan. They use Purolator here to deliver and handle it once it leaves the ground in Japan..
So I get my RE amemiya drift wing all fucked up and cracked when its delivered..
I call Purolator, they hide behind their Union agreement, after 15 phone calls to purolator, they send me a letter saying their union agreement stipulates that neither purolator nor any of their staff can be held accountable for damages incurred to packages that originated overseas..
I had one of the big cheeses from purolator on the phone tell me they would do nothing for me, because they had a peice of paper signed that said they didn't have to... I talked with Japan post, they told me to start investigation of claim with purolator, becuase there is no Japan post office in Canada, Purolator was the official representative for them, so purolator would do it,according to Japan post.. Purolator refused to do anything period..
After some contact with Japan post, via my mother in law, Japan post started a claims investigation there, and eventually I got the insured amount for my wing... Purolator is absolutley useless and will never see a dime of my money again..
I got a letter from Japan post expressing a sincere apology for the poor service I got from purolator, and even though purolator was resposible for the package and the insurance, Japan post deciced to pay out my claim in the name of customer service, it also stated they are reviewing their agreement with purolator due poor service from Purolator, all in all Japan post, went well out of their way for me, customer service is very important to the Japanese, if your headlight got delivered here by purolator, you are pretty much fucked...Maxt

no no it was the weight that made it cost alot healights, silvia grill,corner lights,brackets but it was ems airmail or somthing
