On a pink violation speeding ticket, what does clocked refer too?

utilizing a stop watch, a police officer trained in the art of clocking speed can determine how fast you were going using basic math. How long to took the person to travel a set distance.

This can be done via air of if you follow someone.

lol i got "clocked" at 135 on country hills,reckless endangerment and excessive speed, 9 demerits and got off scott free:rofl:
i was actually going 135 too lol
