Druming and Driving

i was on my way back from Chestermere on 36 Ave SE and i look over and there this guy in a white van, hes playing the "drums" on his steering wheel while hes driving. I dont know how stupid this guy was but he was turning the car with the drumsticks as he "played". i got freaked out and slowed down out of his way, id did not want to be near him especialy as we went around a corner.

one time, i was driving, and this guy, i looked over, and he was like, driving, with ONE HAND, i was so scared, i slowed down and almost stopped on deerfoot, i didn't wnat to drive near that guy, he was, dangerous, he could have caused an accident, but not me, im cautious.
