D16A1 compatability

Will a CRX header/IM fit?

Ignition parts?

Anyone else have a clue? I just want to know if headers will line up to my exhuast ports. It's too expensive to find out the hard way.

Quick run down:

The D16A1 is basically the same as a zc engine. The D16A6 sohc header should fit with a mild porting around the flange connecting to the head.

There is not much advantage to mess around with the intake manifold, best to leave it alone.

For plug wires look at either Moroso, or NGK.
