No its not street legal, its would need head light and tail/brake light and signals.

Also its has plastic from a YZ on it now. I have some other old plastic i can include and also have some spare parts (radiators,another fmf exhaust muffler,maybe a couple other things if i look around some more.

It looks to me that that bike is a 2 stroke if im not mistaken and 2 strokes are illegal on the road. Maybe it's because they are stupidly loud!
