thas what i meant by v6 , only 6 cylinders becuz of gas prices

The 4.0L isnt exactly a good choice in terms of fuel economy, and the 5.2L is much stronger.

4.0L is 15/20 mpg
5.2L is 14/17 mpg

my 94 Laredo full load gets an average of 16 mpg in the city.

It is for sale and is $6000 and is identical to a limited for options, it is absolutley loaded, my buddy has a limited and it is identical inside to mine except for the badging.

My 4.0l Auto Cherokee gets 17-22mpg.

Sometimes it's better to have a bigger engine working less than a smaller engine working harder.

I also had a 2.5l 4cyl 5 speed Cherokee that only got 1mpg better. The bigger engine in that case was well worth the small fuel mileage increase.
