View Full Version : Poll..... Dyno Day for Sunday December 1st??
I am holding a dyno day for Sunday Dec. 1st. I invited the guys from Stangnet and performance shope (mainly Domestic guys).
Do you guys want your own day, or would you like to come on by the same day?? Basically a FUN day and HP shootout with NA and boosted classes, and even if your car is not running, it would be great if you would come by and shoot the shit, and come for Pretzels and pop ;)

Thought we could break up the winter blues with another dyno day.
Same format as last time, come for fun or to compete in the HP shootout. $40 to run, highest HP takes one third the pot. I may even toss in a AF log ;)
More for fun and to hang out. Please feel free to come by even if your car is parked. Free chips and pop etc, and probably lots of BS ;) Should be fun.
Look foreward to seeing you all.

FWD cars are no problem. Full time AWD I can't run.

Hey, CRXguy. If your car's an automatic, you can throw a fuse in to disable the rear wheels and dyno it like a front wheel drive. Unfortunately, my cars a manual so I guess I'm screwed.

Hmmm.... i should have my hi-flow cat and catback exhaust installed by then.... but i'm kinda intimated to dyno my four banger amongst a bunch of stangs....
Is there a prize for lowest power? :D I'm guessing I'll put down 137 at the wheel... I dynoed earlier this year at 133.7 with warm air intake. :)

don't know if i should put my car on the dyno or not... even with the turbo i probably get 180whp if i'm lucky.

I'm trying to convince my Dad to bring his 500hp+ muscle car or the Porsche but he doesn't want to go. =(
I think most the stang boys have their crap put away for winter ;)
We could just do a beyond day some other day (the week after??)

Well yeah, but there would be a 4 cyl na and forced class....not many domestics could win there.

I would probably have some pretty low whp :rolleyes: My car's 15 years old, and I drive it. I'm surprised I haven't killed my car yet! I'd probably have about 90-100 whp left...stock it was only 113, so you all beat me even if my car was brand new :D LOL
