Buying a Toyota

Hello everyone,

Can anyone tell or confirm with me whether Toyota is still doing their fixed Access pricing or is there room for negotiation? I don't have a problem with fixed pricing but when they are only willing to take $200 off of MSRP, then that's just ripping us off!!! I'm looking to buy a vehicle by the end of month so any information would help. Thanks.
